Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store, we sell through our online store and from time to time we make in-person sales in Barcelona so that you can see the products and try them on. If you want to be informed of upcoming in-person sales, follow us on our Instagram account ( @ocabarcelona ) where we will keep you informed of everything.
If I have doubts about the size, what can I do?
To give you an idea, our equivalence table is as follows:
- Size S/M = 38 and 40
- Size M/L = 40 and 42
- Size L/XL = 42 and 44
- One size = From 36 to 44, the measurements will always be detailed in the product sheet.

When do you launch and replenish products?
We do not operate by fixed collections or by seasons. At OCA we create and launch garments as trends emerge. We are constantly launching new products and restocking those that we know you have loved.
If you are interested in a product that is currently out of stock, do not hesitate to click the "notify me when it is available" button found on the product sheet and we will send you an email as soon as it is available again.
Shipping, exchanges and returns
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
We cannot modify your order once it has been placed
Can I make an exchange or return?
Our goal is the full satisfaction of our customers, which is why if for any reason you are not fully satisfied when you receive your order, you have 14 business days from receipt to return or exchange it. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on discounted items, accessories, jewelry or custom-made products.
The returned garments must be unused and in perfect condition.
How can I manage a return?
To make an exchange or return you must send an email to oca@ocabcn.com indicating the reasons and we will inform you of the procedure to follow.
The cost of return shipping or product exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending via certified mail.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the purchase. It may take up to 7 business days to be reflected in the account depending on the bank.
OCA Barcelona reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs in mainland Spain are free from €40 and in the Balearic Islands and Portugal from €90.

In Spain we deliver in 2-3 days.

We ship to all of Europe except the following areas: Canary Islands, United Kingdom, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Macedonia, Montegro, Livigno, San Marino, Vatican, Liechtenstein, Serbia, Switzerland, Channel Island, Norway and Turkey.
