We cannot modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will do our best to offer you the best service.
Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is the full satisfaction of our customers, which is why if for any reason you are not fully satisfied when you receive your order, you have 14 business days from receipt to return or exchange it. No exchanges or returns are made for discounted items.
The returned garments must be unused and in perfect condition.
To make an exchange or return you must send an email to email@example.com
indicating the reasons and we will inform you of the procedure to follow.
The return shipping amount for product exchange or return is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending via certified mail.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on accessories and jewelry, nor on custom-made products or clearance products.
The company reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.
